Condition: No evidence of ink ever being filled in pli-glass sac but noticed some slight handling on the cap otherwise perfect lucite barrel with no nicks, scratches or cracks.Ca 1960's. Filler marker: Parker 51, press 4 times for filling.
Comments: Parker 51 is a very popular and famous series hence its collectible value.This version was available from 1949-1969.
